For the past several years, folks could get a nice tour of downtown Raleigh homes via the Downtown Raleigh Homes Tour. Well, that tour is now the Downtown Raleigh Living Tour, and it will be May 19 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This is actually very smart. In addition to a down economy (where there are less for-sale homes being built), DTR has seen an increase need in just plain rental inventory. This will offer the opportunity to see the great variety in urban living.
